1. Introduction and Acceptance

1.1 Agreement Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Individual Entrepreneur ALEXEY IVANOV, registration number 306421592, operating LaPermis.ro ("Platform", "Service", "we"), an educational platform for Romanian driving licence theoretical exam preparation.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using LaPermis.ro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Service.

2. Service Description

2.1 Platform Purpose

LaPermis.ro is an online educational platform designed to help users prepare for the Romanian driving licence theoretical examination through practice tests, study materials, and progress tracking features. The platform is available in Romanian; the category B questions and the app's interface are also available in English.

2.2 Educational Nature

2.3 No Success Guarantee

We do not guarantee that using our Platform will result in passing the official driving licence examination.

2.4 Service Models

• Free Access: Limited to 15 practice questions per day
• Unlimited Access: One-time payment for access to all features

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access the Platform's features, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent daily limits
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content
• Use automated systems or scripts to access the Service, except through interfaces we publish for that purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Platform

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Dodo.

5.2 Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting support@lapermis.ro. After 7 days, all sales are final.

5.3 Lifetime Access

"Lifetime access" means access to the Platform for as long as the Service remains operational. We do not guarantee perpetual operation of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on LaPermis.ro, including text, graphics, logos, explanations, and software, is the property of Individual Entrepreneur ALEXEY IVANOV or its licensors and is protected by Georgian and international copyright laws. The questions in the official exam question sets come from the question bank made available to the public by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

User data is stored on servers located in Frankfurt, Germany, hosted by Fly.io.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
